From Miami, head south on Overseas Highway until you reach MM 49, turn right onto 35th Street, then Right on Gulfview Avenue (also known as Louisa Street). We are located at 3800 Gulfview Avenue.

Directions from Bayside
Off Marathon Key heading SW in the IntraCoastal Waterway. Round day mark “17” flashing green 4 seconds with a heading of approximately 160 degrees magnetic for approximately 1.3 miles.
Directions from Oceanside
Navigate north through Moser Channel to the intra-coastal waterway heading east. Round day mark “19” unlit with a heading of approximately 112 degrees for approximately 1.77 miles
